Is this legal?

No — and that's on purpose. CROA-compliant self-service means you sign and mail every letter yourself. We generate the PDF, you print it, sign it, and mail it certified with return receipt. That keeps you in control and keeps us legal in all 50 states.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Within 3 business days of signup, cancellation is fully refundable under CROA. Manage everything from Profile → Billing.
