These Terms govern your use of LumaCredit AI. By creating an account or using the product you agree to them.
What we are
LumaCredit AI is a self-service tool. We provide software that helps you read your own credit report, draft letters to bureaus, and track responses. We are not a law firm, not a credit repair organization in the traditional sense, and not a credit reporting agency. We never submit anything on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@lumacredit.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscription, refunds, cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from Profile → Billing or via the customer portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations within 3 business days of signup are fully refundable under the CROA right of rescission.
AI output disclaimer
Letters, suggestions, and chat answers are AI-generated drafts. You must read every fact and edit before signing or mailing. We do not guarantee outcomes; bureaus may verify, delete, or update items at their discretion. Nothing we output is legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use LumaCredit to misrepresent facts, dispute information you know to be accurate, or commit fraud. We will terminate accounts engaged in those activities and may report to law enforcement.
Termination
You can delete your account from Profile at any time; we will erase your reports, letters, and chat history within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or law.
Limitation of liability
LumaCredit AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
